Ordered a camera - had a call a week later from salesperson wanting to sell me more items for the camera which I said Ok (battery and memory card). The camera has never arrived and my credit card was charged. I cannot reach them - their phone has left me on hold for extended times for a couple of weeks then today their phone goes right into a "busy signal"
