I brought a game on the website gamehouse.com and after I downloaded it, a different game was downloaded and you needed to register it and since I hadn't brought that game (or wanted it) I couldn't register it. I sent about 8 -10 emails explaining the problem clearly over the course of a month and they couldn't (or didn't bother fixing) it. So I asked 3 times for my money back and they just ignored my emails. I am unable to call them since I live in Australia and the company is in America. Call centre number is
