Hello there, Are a victim of George Manor resort like me? I am contemplating on taking George Manor to court. All you have is not worth $500. I bought mine 3 years ago and I was told I could not cancel. I am contemplating on going to small claims court to get out of this bad contract for 50 years think of the booking fees 30000 points is worth $300 only.
Imagine 20000 points is worth $200.00 and when you call you pay booking fee of $ 50.00 to RCI and $200 dollar per room as booking fees. Better deals are on different vacation sites.
I am ashamed I got scammed to signing a contract.
George Manor and RCI is a scam. Does anyone know if there is any class action lawsuit going on against RHG and RCI in Canada? My lawyer asked if I can get 5 to 10 people we can proceed with a class action lawsuit to get out of this fraudulent contract.
Currently I have 3 names and if you will like to be on the class action law suit to get out of George Manor scam contact me by email and I will give you the name of the lawyer.
