I received a certificate of compliance stating that I won $4,273, 000.00 cash award pending receipt of $20 cash, money order or check within 15 days.

Apparently, this company is a fraud and have sent this certificate to thousands of people. No phone number is listed to contact the company. BBB has no listing of this company.

Please stop this company from frauding innocent people.
