Sent in $525 and my original notarized bill of sale. It is nearly a year later and no car title. No return phone calls.
During the time I was waiting on my car title (and didn't know there would be a problem), I sent in the paperwork for a scooter. They were able to deliver a title for my scooter and I spoke with a lady who explained that there was an illness and they are behind.
