Sadly, my complaint mirrors all other complaints I have read. Only difference in the item I purchased — a Lenovo Thinkcenter PC. I was bit uncomfortable at the method of payment this company asked — Amazon giftcard. Hence, like others who got affected, I researched and saw good reviews and history and hence went ahead. I am shocked to see that this company can have a proper phone number and still continue this type of massive scam. After submitting my payment thru Amazon gift card they confirmed the order is being shipped and expected to arrive between Aug 5th and 7th. Alas, it has never arrived and now the company seems to be not active anymore. I am wondering if State and Federal agencies should be contacted? This is clearly a criminal case.
