I purchased a tv from them... Same procedure, buy an amazon gift card. They responded originally, but then stopped. I called amazon saturday requesting who redeemed the card, for what, etc. They researched the card, and refunded my money. If i get the tv, i'll pay the company direct. They said the tv would arrive july 31 or aug 1. When i emailed and told them it didn't arrive, they put 'under investigation' on my order. Glad amazon refunded my money
