I ordered flight tickets TLV - BKK - SYD - BKK - TLV and after wanting to choose paypal - i was emailed saying that paypal was not working and to please make a bank transfer.
I did this - it was to:

After emailing them asking for my tickets (7 days later) i received a reply that there was a problem between them and the airline and that my reservation was cancelled.
They are now asking for my bank details so they can refund the money.
However after reading all these complaints, i am not confident.
