I thought that I was purchasing AVG Software. My card was then debited for $82.00. I sent email to them saying that I purchased software, not a membership. They said that they would refund membership fee minus a $9.99 processing fee. This is deceptive and I have reported to Texas Attorney General. Additionally, I am getting a message from AVG to purchase now to avoid losing your protection.
