It certainly is a scam as previously stated by others earlier. I signed up today and cancelled a couple of hours later. It has an abundance of local women's profiles who are seeking men. This by itself is rather odd as the area I was searching has a rather small population. Also the few emails that I received seemed to be written by someone whose native language was not English. It is really just a porn site fronting as a dating site. Lots of pop-ups and videos to view for an extra fee in addition to the membership fee. Men are definitely the target; stay away from socialsex.Biz.
