Purchase what I thought would be a real LV bag. When I received the bag, it was nothing like what they displayed. I tried to returned back to the company, couple months later it was return back (saying insufficient address). I keep emailing customer service, they will not give me their address, just offer a 20% off a $199 fake LV bag.
