On June 10th I purchased Master Minds a work from home program, but that same night I cancelled the membership. I got discouraged because with each click of the mouse there was a bigger and better offer. I realized that I could not afford this program. I was refunded all the money back to me, but on July 9th & 10th (1 month later) 2 debits appeared in my checking account for $297 each. I do not remember enrolling back to the program after cancelling it in June. I asked Mr. Buontempo for someone to look into this and to refund the $594 back to my checking account. He responded by letting me know that there were no refunds on this particular program. I said to him that I did not see that on the form that I filled in (June) and for him to send me a copy of the form with that statement on it. He responded again by saying "as stated before there are no refunds on Master Minds".

I do not know what else to do. $594 is to much money. I emailed Mr. Buontempo asking what did I pay for that cost me $594. He has not responded to my question.
