We ordered an Epson projector for $800. At the end of the ordering procedure, they said that we need to pay only using an Amazon gift card and we did. It was supposed to be delivered on July 31 - Aug 1st. When we did not receive it, we contacted them through email. The representative (Sofia Reed) responded stating that they are waiting to hear from the supplier. The order status changed to "investigation started" and it is the same till today Aug 5. We have been emailing her since Aug 2nd. There is no response. Their phone number always has a fax tone.
