We receive a package but no iPhone 5 was in box.instead a pair of sunglasses.
Emailed customerservicesno. [email protected] for apple2store.com about the problem.
They wanted proof of what was in package,
I had my husband take pictures and emailed to customerservicesno. [email protected]
They agreed about the problem saying that the person did not want to give it back
Also mentioned I should pay an extra $30.00 to help with the cost. I did not agree to that. It is not my fault so why should I pay.
I now have been getting same email messages over and over.

I am wondering if I am getting jerked around by app parties involved
