Our Mortgage was sold to Owcwen Federal on our summer home, there is no mailing address on our summer home, by the time we found out they had our mortgage they had already sent us a forclosure to our home address and said they sent the welcome packet to our summer home. Funny they couldnt send a welcome packet to our main home and claimed they didnt have our address but they got our address for the forclosure.
Then after making payments on time mysteriously we missed a payment we paid by money orders at the time we had no checking account so we ended making a double payment. Then when my husband was hurt and we informed them that the payment would be late because of the medical checks they claimed they would work with us but they day after the due date they would call 3 and 4 times a day about the payment being late
There processing is so slow that even if you pay ontime its late because of there incompitence
They have tried to say we have no home owners insurance and said we had to go with theres and our insurance company faxed them copies many times then when they call and you call them back you push 1 for english and you calls are either answered in india or africa and you cant understand these people and they dont understand you and they give you wrong numbers and give u numbers that have been disconnected and transfer you but then hang up on you
My husband tried today 7 times talked to someone who spoke english I was on my cell phone my daughters were on there cell phones trying to contact someone and all the numbers we were given we busy all day long and i am not joking ALL DAY long for 4 hours straight we tried and these were suppose to be direct lines to supervisors and we have not spoken to anyone as of yet but they call 10 times a day over a payment being late but it was sent to them ontime and they want you to call them back but when you call them back you get NOONE who knows what the hell is going on with your account
Furthermore this is america why in the hell should i have to push 1 to speak to an american and then i get india??? We are currently refinancing as of tomorrow to get out of this hellhole of a mortgage company who is nothing but a scam trying to get through to someoe there who knows what is going is is like trying to get ahold of the president If anyone knows of a lawsuit or anything that can be done please contact me
