I received the letter just days before I was instructed to return my postmarked response with payment. But I because THERE WAS NO PHONE NUMBER AND THE ADDRESS APPEARED A LITTLE STRANGE, I decided to look up the company to see if this was a scam before I submitted anything! And Thank God, "seek, and ye shall find". I was spared. Do your research before you spend your money, and that goes with ANY COMPANY!
