I too received a letter/document from National Aset Allocation (PMB 403,471 N. Broadway, Jericho, NY 11753) stating I won up to $1,784, 7999.99 (exact same amount as someone else listed here). They said this would be a 'Guaranteed Check" and I only needed to send them $20 for processing.
