On Aug. 4th I was employed as a server at Dennys 8516 on Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee Fl and I had a customer walkout on a 38.00 bill, I was informed I had to pay this bill or be terminated. I chose to be terminated. There were 2 managers and 2 hostesses in the dining room and the restaurant was very busy. How am I responsible for a customer being dishonest and walking out. I have found this is illegal practice according to the US Dept Of Labor, and I want it stopped.
