Dennys or Denny's Resturant Medical District and I35 Dallas, Texas and Dennys on Walnut Hill & I35 in Dallas, Texas
Denny's or Dennys Resturants employees consistantly not cleaning seats and mocking you when you demand the seats to be cleaned before you sit down

I made a posting in March about the Dennys restaurant on Medical District and I35, where there was poo or (s*t) in the seat that had been left for at least 1 1/2 hours and the employees had not cleaned it up around 8:00 in the evening.
Even the other seats had large bread crumbs that they wanted to sit us down in later. A consistent pattern of not cleaning the seats at all.

They said they would pay the cleaning bill, but when I gave them the bill, they said they would give it to the manager, (that was one of the managers I gave it to), but they never paid me for the cleaning bill. (actually i could never get the smell out of the wool coat or my wool jacket. I COULD NOT WEAR THEM AGAIN, SO ACTUALLY LOST THEM BOTH)

I called on several occasions, but they had excuses, and then whomever they had on post claimed they knew nothing about it.

I finally gave up.

Then another time on Walnut Hill and I35 we went in to eat. When we were being seated, there was grease and bread crumbs on the seat. I told them to clean it, and stood by as they searched for a cleaning wrag and finally came to clean it. There were no other people there, so waiters could have been using their time to clean up.
3 of these waiters all stood by the kitchen door looking out watching and laughing at me while I waited to get my seat cleaned.

Denny's or Dennys has really allowed their management to go shoddy all across Dallas.
You would think that they would hire better management that would stay on top of their employees.
That Walnut Hill dennys has really run down, and has a greasy film look all over it.
They look unkempt as a restaurant, just something uuggkk!!! About it as you walk in.

You would think it would not happen to a large franchise, but it is at that place.

It seems that all over... A consistent pattern of allowing their places to go unattended
is the norm.

I am sure that is why you see less and less people eating there even at high lunch runs, or dinner.
Years ago, it was always full and you had to wait for a seat, now there are more empty than full, no matter where you go.

I can see them closing their doors soon.
