I sent them a payment vi Pay Pal for a voucher to buy a swarovski-elements-crystal-bracelet. I never got the voucher nor the bracelet.
I cannot send a complaint to e-bay as their mail service concerns only items in FAQ's
E-Bay should not deal with this company again.
