We wanted a new kitchen so we found lancashire home designs, they're prices are beyond belief. We done a online quote, when within an hour a call, that the next day a designer would come around. Wow how fast was this we thought. Saturday Rob nelson came around, done all the salesman shit, said he could only hold this for a day unless we pay him £100 cash as a deposit. Me being as silly as ever fell for this.
After I realised what just went down, it was to late, he had gone.
I emailed over the cancellation form, which kept bouncing back. I then got told to speak to Fiona, who is the most ignorant person who I have the pleasure of talking too.
