Was scammed by this sorry excuse for a company about a month ago. Couldn't find any contact information online so I filed a claim with my bank and unfortunately they couldn't reverse the money because it was a 'valid' transaction. I beg to differ— so today they reversed my credit meaning they took back the 19.95 the bank gave to me. I googled for a number for changemyaddress.com, called the company and talked to the 'manager' who was this man with a stern voice and he said there was nothing he can do about the money because I canceled it. OF COURSE I CANCELED IT, you idiot it did NOT say 19.95 anywhere on the page.
