I purchased a free trial via facebook of one bottle of these pills for £3.48 on the 18th July. I believed that all I was getting was a discounted bottle of vitamins.
On the 1st August 'Advanced Ketone' took £84.95 out of my bank account. I did not know that was part of the deal and I have no idea what this £84.95 is for.
I have an invoice for the £3.48, the email also details some advice about fraud (!) I do not have an invoice for the £84.95 and the email makes no reference to this payment.
The email provides a phone number you can call for support/disputes: 0800 148 8243. I have rang this number and got no answer.
The email also provides a URL you can go to if you want to cancel your payment www.myeasycancel.com/BeyondRaspberryKetone/index.php which I have used. I then received an email stating I will not receive any more product or be charged any more.
