I made an initial payment of $309 USD via Debit Card online for double assessment package for Canadian permanent residency application. I later discovered that after logging on to the website, I can't further click on any links to enter personal information.
I called their customer care representative and they kept tossing me around.
After two days, I received a called from one of their agent who did a phone interview and started requesting for my card details which made me become suspicious. The agent went to the extent of connecting me to a so called security head to convince me why I need to give the CCV number on my card.
I refused and subsequently asked them to call me back in an hours time, which enabled me carried out a search online about their authenticity and I discovered multiple complaints against them.
