I had attempted to return a phone within the 14 day return period that was purchased without my authorization. I was sent away and told at that time that I needed the credit card that it was purchased with in order to complete the return. So I asked to exchange the phone with a smart phone that was listed at a similar price, this time they said they were out of that model and another I had selected. At this point I departed and I returned with the credit card the next day. Now I was then told that 14 day period had expired and now in addition to a 35 dollar re-stock fee, it was going to cost an additional 300 dollars to cancel the line. This is flat out fraud
