I ordered an electronic product from them that didn't work at all; it was basically a paperweight. So I contacted them asking for an exchange or a refund and they said they needed videos to reference - basically they told me they didn't believe me.
I then went through the inconvenient process of creating videos and uploading them to youtube which was the only type they accepted. The response I got was this:
"Dear Customer:
Sorry that the problem is that the battery can't keep the storage.
So you just can use it by the chargers plugs in
If you can keep it, We can send you a coupon with 8usd for compensation, ok?
Kind regards"
I then communicated as clearly as possible that the product did not work AT ALL, even plugged in. And that I could not use it at all. I received this response:
"Dear Customer:
We have confirmed with our supplier.
This style is not support to be used by unplug in.
So We have made this product off shelves,
If you return this one to us, Maybe we can help you replace with other product which can used by unplug in. Ok?
Kind regards"
Basically, they assumed I was lying and ignored the fact that I was clearly telling them the product did not work. I demanded the refund GAURENTEE that they have listed right at the top of their website. They said they would only consider an exchange.
This company is a fraud and a scam! I want my money back but I doubt I will get it.
