This is one of the people I have found on here that has gone through the same thing I did. The difference is I lost $114.68 to this company who told me I had one a prize and that I was also receiving 7 free magazines for 60 months. They told me $57.34 was going to be taking out of my account every 4 months, then I saw on my bank statements that it was being taken out every month. They called me in may on the 27th and said it would take 60-120 days for my magazines, I have yet to revceive my magazines. The payments started on 6/27/13 and was taken out again on 7/27/13, I went to my bank to find out I am not the only person they have had say something about this company, they had me fill out a stop payment form and they are changing my card number. The company had asked me 9 questions instead of 10, in these questions I did not understand what I was agreeing to, but I should have said no to them but I did not. They didn't not give me full information on any of the questions when I had asked them to further explain. They had sent me a $100 voucher to redeem for money but they needed a copy of my driver licences for me to redeem the money.
I called their costumers service desk and the complaint desk so I could cancel everything, just to have them lower my amount to $43 then to $34.40 a month and that the previous 114.68 would not count towards the new payments I was going to be making. I tried to cancel but they would not, their reason was because I still owed $900. They never replayed my recordings to me, but I have stopped all payments and reported them to the Bureaucracy of Better Business, hopefully to have them stopped.
