Hushmail.com have blocked my e-mail account which I have had for some years and paid premium fee.
They say Either I have cancelled the account,
or I have violated their terms and conditions.
Which? They will not tell me!
I have some years of personal history and contacts on their e-mail servers are irretrievable/irreplaceable.
I am waiting for an explanation, which they seem in no hurry to provide, if ever.
I did not cancel the account. If they believe I have broken their terms and conditions, then they can remove any such data they they think relevant. Just give me back my all the data they were happy enough to previously transmit, plus my invaluable address/contact list.
