Signed up for the service and to date 7/30 we have not received 1 piece of forwarded mail. We have attempted numerous times to call them 937-654-9093 but the message box is full and there is no way to make contact. The message just states to try back again. I am EXTREMELY UPSET as we actually thought this was the USPS forwarding service. This company deliberately designed the website to look like someone was using the forwarding service from the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE! I am also going to talk to the Attorney Generals office in OHIO as this is completely unacceptable for something as important as mail, bills and medical statements to be withheld or mismanaged!
