I purchased a product which came with 30 days free access to YourTrimTrainer and had to cancel within that time or be charged $9.47 a month. I have tried to cancel since I realised it was a scam a week after signing up but have not been able to cancel. Every time I email I get an automated reply that I have to phone or email to cancel, but they don't accept the email and won't supply a country or area code to call. I have tried to call since I found where they are and the phone numbers are phoney too. I am in Australia and want to stop this scam.
