Do not use this company! We booked a simple Holiday Inn res. And were overcharged. When we called Hotelsone.com to cancel (so we could re-book with the actual hotel in person) they told us it was non-refundable (we canceled 6 days in advance, this is unheard of!) and they were charging another $100 "fine" on top of the hotel charge. They gave no identifying info and wouldn't let us speak to an upper manager. This is a scam. Thank God it wasn't my elderly parents dealing with these people. We are working with the Holiday Inn and our credit card company directly to resolve this.
