I also received a letter informing me that I had won a $2M prize and stating to send $25 dollars for the release of fees. I sent the paperwork back stating to take the $25 out of my winnings. I just received another letter stating now that I have won over $4M dollars and I need to send $20 to release the money. So, again I will send the notice back letting them know to just take the small $20 out of the winnings. No phone number, no way to contact them. And this looks like a generic mailing. Scam? I would say so.
