I was trying to set up internet services at my new apartment through com-cast and they referred us to techzilla. Techzilla then sold us a modem and router for $250.00 claiming that we would get a $199.99 rebate in a few weeks. When we received our modem and router they stopped working within one week of having them so we sent them back to Techzilla for repairs. After this happened, we also sent in our rebate form. Now it is the end of July and we still have no rebate check and we never received our repaired modem and router. This company is nothing but a scam altogether, when you call, they do nothing but transfer you to a million different departments who all tell you they can't help you!
