I ordered this online "trial" and didn't think to read the small print or do a bit of background research. 10 days later I had a charge of $180 on my credit card. I called to cancel and they didn't give me a refund. I got a cancelation number but a month later I look and there is a charge for another $220 on my card. This time I phoned and was irate at the charges and they say that they have cancelled it for sure this time and that they will refund my money in 5-7 business days. I guess only time will tell. This is a totally bogus company and product!!!
