Just like everyone else, I went online to change my address. Went to the p.O. Website, paid 1$ (I thought) until I checked my bank statement and it charged me $19.99. I called the number, talked to "Meisha' and she said they couldn't find me, but they'd send me an email when they looked into it. We'll see if it's legit, but I'm not holding my breath.
