My Bank informed me I was overdrawn, and I proceeded to find out how. My Banker called them and we decided to cancel my card, and file a complaint against this company with two names: "Blue BG Support" and "bonemega.com" at the number 877-614-4950. I called that number and complained to them about the charge on my card. The service rep ask me to call back in 5 days and is working on tracking the package, then credit my account. My bank is working on this too.
