I would like to complain VELOURA and BELLAGENIX. They had this ads in the internet, saying a trial pax for free. So I ordered last March 5. But then there was a charges in my credit card amounting to $99 each when I am supposed to be charge only for $4.95 each, the shipping cost.
Again, this July, they send another charge.
Please help me. I am no longer ordering the product, its not even good and effective.
