I purchased invoice#30714black diamond ring with 12 accent diamonds. The main stone black diamond has several large open pits on the face that are visible by naked eye. Some of the 12 other stones are set crooked and will fall out and looks terrible.invoice#30736 is a 14k gold ring and a main stone is tanzanite with24 diamonds, and 8 small tanzanites? The main tanzanite and side stones are neer clear and mounted crooked, the stone is crooked and the prongs are bent crooked. I have made several complaints to them which have been ignored. I have fied with the BBB. Jewelryroom is a ripoff. If you buy from them its only a matter of time before they get you too. Buyer beware. We need an attorney for a class action lawsuit.
