Entered into contract to have my children's book published. Paid the money, June sent illustrations for my book which I paid an artist to do. Raider ignored most of my enquiries regarding publication of my book. I should have received printed copy within nine months of making payment, nearly two years later no book. March this year they apologised for delay promised my book would be ready by April and said they would upgrade me to "Gold" service. I email them almost every day but they ignore me.
