Raider published my book “The Innocents Aboard” in September.in June I had contracted with Raider for a top of the line express publishing. Raider was two months late in getting copies of the book to me, causing expensive last minute cancellations of book signings.
The book arrived riddled with printer's errors and an embarrassment. Raider accepted responsibility and agreed to reprint the book but has not done so.
My contract stipulated radio and magazine interviews and the placing of the book in multiple bookstores in the US and the Uk. There has been no interview and requests by me for a list of stores carrying the book go answered.
On 9 August I received my first sales report stating that 67 books were sold October- December and that I was due a payment of $267.16 in July.
I have not received the payment and or any subsequent sales reports. My emails and phone calls go unanswered. Because Raider owns the book's ISBN number, its sales revenue is continuing to flow to Raider and no royalties are coming to me.
