I had two batteries that went bad and I sent them back 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my new batteries, they emailed me to let me know if I was have a problem to return them, so I did, I have continuously called to find out we're me new batteries are. But I just keep getting the answering machine. No one answers ever"""
