Not bad customer service, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sent six e-mails for refund and no reply!

This is an electronic cigarette company. To use an electronic cigarette you need to use batteries. The two batteries I had were going bad, so I ordered two new ones. While I was waiting for them to arrive my batteries died. I received the new batteries and was relieved because mine didnt' work. Couldn't believe it, both new batteries are bad and can't be used. Now I have no batteries. I went online the same day and ordered another new battery, spending more money. Then I went to the post office and returned the two bad batteries the company sent. I explained that I had purchased another new battery and I was e-mailed from PrimeVapoer that I would receive a credit to my credit card. Never received the refund.instead they sent me two more batteries, one of which is bad. I sent six e-mails asking to please correct this error and no reply at all. Not even disputing my complaint, nothing. I'm disgusted and I was already going to stop doing business with them because their product (cartridges) is not good. I just needed to find another company that could fufill my needs and I have. I'm so happy now that I've found a new company that offers so much more.
