They contacted me by phone saying they could retrieve any mis-sold PPI with interest, they needed my credit card number to contact said credit card company, I did not realise that they would charge the amount of £1250 to this card, I now cannot contact Redress Claims by phone as they are now not taking in any incoming calls and they ignore email and letters and there is no other way of contacting them, I am at desperation point with this company from promising to get me over £3000 pounds I am in debt now for more than than that, where do I go from here, am out of work and cannot afford to keep paying this interest, please I beg you help me...
