Contracted and paid $200.00 Deposit on July 2 and was promised my car would be transported from Louisiana to AZ within 10 days of the contract date. Received no response from TT to my numerous calls and emails until Sunday, 7/14, when a rep. Called and said they would not be able to transport my car for the price they had quoted me ($775.00) but could do it for $1300.00. When I asked for a refund of my $200 deposit I was told it was a Brokers Fee and non-refundable. Even their Contract calls the $200 a deposit with balance due on the arrival of the car at the destination. He also said I couldn't touch them even if I reported them to Consumer Fraud authorities because they were the "Big Dog" of car hauling companies and were untouchable. I wish I had read the reviews this company has received from numerous people they have scammed before I gave them my $200.00. We need to band together to get this company put out of business. One person may not be able to hurt them but many might be able to make a difference.
