I was HIT hard in the back as I was riding the Trolley Bus #55 on August 6 around 2:30 pm. The driver was at fault. The drivers ED vehicle crashed into my back and scraped/scared the bus from the front right hand side to the back. I was the only passenger on that bus.

The Officer on the scene failed to ask me my name and ask me was I hurt. He worked with the driver and the two fixed the report verbally to protect the driver because she worked for the state and the driver whose driver EDUCATION vehicle.

I am so injured in my back because of that incident to date. Claim#52367
