I sent Kollada a personal item to be designed with crystals back in April. She said I would receiving my order in 6 weeks. It is mid July and I have not received my order or an item that belongs to ME. I sent numerous emails and did not receive any responses from Kollada. This company is fraud and someone needs to do something about this!
