On June 24 I order an In-depth E-mail Reading and a Same Day E-mail Reading, but requested for a cancellation on July 13 after I had a bad experience with the intuitive reader during a Phone Reading. I sent this person an e-mail expressing that I felt disrespected during the phone reading even though it was not expressed in that moment.
I received a couple of e-mails three days ago stating that the money will be refunded. However, this has not taking place.
