[email protected] Took my money and never gave me the reading

I ordered a reading 6 months ago and it worked and was very accurate. Then I ordered a new one but I received the old one again from 6 months ago. They sent me two e-mails saying they wouldn't charge me since I already got my reading 6 months ago, in the same e-mail it said to contact [email protected] for a new reading, which I did but I never received it. I got charged 65.53 for a reading I never got. RIPOFF!
