Excelatrim advertised as a pure raspberry supplement, is not. Gave a trial period, and then automatically ships and bills your credit card. If you do not pick up the package, you are billed and supposedly the package goes to a warehouse where it is lost forever, so no refunding occurs. When you pick up the package and they say you can return it, they do not specify the 30 day period. When you call for the return info, they deny any refund and calculate the 30 days from day of shipping, not pick up date. They are a scam company, and do not maintain their word. I explained that I picked up the package, and two days later we were in a state of emergency due to flooding in our city, they had no compassion and made no exception. Complete hoax and false advertising. Beware!!
