I have done on line business with this company. Therefore, They have access to mu email address and credit card number.

For last two months they have been charging me credit card $14.95 on the 19th and 20th day of the month for"Haband Perks" what ever that means.

I called the Customer Services department to register my complain (TEL: 866-206-0751 on July 9th. The representative claimed that I joined their program by giving my email address. He also claimed that they sent me a letter to Confirm. I NEVER received the letter. All i have seen is a charge of 14.95 for Month of May and June. When i asked to speak with the supervisor, they hung up on me.

I called American Express to dispute the charges.

This company should be charged with unautthorised use of a customers' credit card and all the payments they collected should be returned to me.

How many other online customers have been subjected to the same thing.

I will appreciate your help and stop this kind of fraud.
